What is aT?
When Korea's agro-fishery and food is spreading around the world, Korea Agro-fisheries&Food Trade Corporation(aT) improves the global competitiveness of our agro-fishery and food, and contributes to increasing export farmers’ income by supporting overseas market development. In the future, aT plans to open the way for domestic agro-fishery and food companies to export by cultivating future growth strategy items and diversifying export markets.
ㅇ Foster export-leading organizations - By fostering an export-leading organization that is consistent from production to exports to lead the exportation of agricultural and fishery products. By integrating export organizations of the same product/category and develop them into leading agricultural food export organizations, such as Zespri, in the long run. ㅇ Operate a global export network - By striving to create an export base for exporting agro-fishery products by establishing a global export network to promote memorandum of understandings (MOUs) and host promotional events with large overseas distributors, and invite overseas buyers to 1:1 export consultations. ㅇ Support for participation in international exhibitions - By promoting the export expansion and excellence of our agricultural and fishery products by participating in the national pavilion at major international exhibitions and providing export consultation opportunities with buyers. ㅇ Provide export information - Information related to the export of agricultural and marine products is provided on the agricultural and marine product trade information (kati.net) web site. Also supporting the overseas promotion of export products and the discovery of overseas customers through the online trade transaction of agricultural products (Agro Trade). ㅇ Provide loan support for operating funds for export companies - By promoting agricultural exports by providing timely funds necessary for exports to agricultural exporters, thereby stabilizing the price of agricultural products and increase farmers’ incomes. |
